The nearly 12-hectare land fronting Dang Van Tron Street is planned to be the Aeon Mall Bien Hoa commercial center, creating a highlight in the landscape architecture of the area.
Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee has approved the detailed urban planning task at a scale of 1/500 for Aeon Mall Bien Hoa commercial center in Cu Lao Pho (Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai). The land has a frontage located right at the intersection of Dang Van Tron Street and the road leading to Buu Hoa Bridge.
According to the plan, the commercial center will be a maximum of 8 floors high, with one basement, a construction density of no more than 60%, with modern architecture creating a highlight for the landscape. In addition, the yard area will have parking lots, trees, and auxiliary technical infrastructure for the commercial center.
When completed, this will be a comprehensive commercial and service area with synchronous investment from architectural works to technical infrastructure, ensuring maximum exploitation of business investment advantages. At the same time, creating an urban architectural face in the central area with harmonious architectural lines, friendly to the environment.
The project has a total investment of more than 6,000 billion VND. It is expected that in the fourth quarter of 2024, the project will complete legal procedures on investment, land, and construction. From the first quarter of 2025 to the second quarter of 2027, the investor will deploy construction, completion, and official operation of phase 1.
Previously, in August 2023, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province approved the project investment policy in the form of investor selection and Viet Phat Group Joint Stock Company was the only unit registered to implement this project. By August 2024, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province approved the task of detailed urban planning at a scale of 1/500 for the Aeon Mall Bien Hoa Commercial Center project.
