At the meeting, delegates listened to the New Year greetings from the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tra Vinh province; reviewed the glorious historical tradition over the 95 years of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam .

Through 95 years of struggle, construction and growth, overcoming countless difficulties and challenges, the Communist Party of Vietnam has led our people to one victory after another.

Comrade Nguyen Van Trieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of Cang Long District Party Committee, awarded the 50-year Party badge to senior Party members.

In the history of the struggle of the Party and the People of Cang Long district, the Party and the State have recognized and awarded many noble prizes: Cang Long district was honored with the title "Hero of the People's Armed Forces"; 11/14 communes and towns were honored with the title "Hero of the People's Armed Forces"; 1,063 mothers were awarded or posthumously awarded the noble title "Heroic Vietnamese Mother"; 09 individuals were honored with the title "Hero of the People's Armed Forces"; 02 individuals were honored with the title "Hero of Labor"... The district has 01 provincial-level historical revolutionary relic, 03 national-level historical revolutionary relics.

Comrade Pham Van Tuan, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Cang Long District Party Committee, awarded the 45-year Party Badge to a senior Party member.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Tran Thi Bich Phuong said: looking back at the glorious struggle of the Party and the maturity of the district Party Committee, today's generation cherishes the past even more, strives to preserve and promote the achievements of the revolution, and is infinitely grateful for the great contributions of previous generations.

Comrade Pham Van Trieu, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Cang Long District Party Committee, awarded the 40-year Party badge to a senior Party member.

Entering the period of building and defending the Fatherland, especially in the renovation process, inheriting the achievements of previous generations, the Party Committee, government and people of Cang Long district continue to establish many new achievements, constantly develop, and improve the material and spiritual life of the people.

On the path of development, the Party Committee, government and people of Cang Long district have always received the attention, leadership and direction of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, the support and coordination of the provincial departments, branches and sectors, especially the attention, monitoring and comments with determination and responsibility of the local leaders and former leaders of the province and district.

Comrade Nguyen Thanh Dien, Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department, awarded the 30-year Party Badge to a senior Party member.

The sentiments, noble and humane gestures of comrades are a source of encouragement and motivation for the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the District Party Committee to have more motivation to promote the development of Cang Long District. The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee would like to express its respect and deep gratitude to comrades, units and individuals who have supported the district in the past time.

At the meeting, on behalf of the District Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cang Long district, the Secretary of the District Party Committee of Cang Long respectfully wished the leaders and former leaders of the Central and provincial departments and branches, the leaders and former leaders of Cang Long district, veteran revolutionary cadres, senior Party members, religious dignitaries... good health, happiness, peace, prosperity, and a new year of new victories.

Comrade Le Thanh Son, Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Head of Cang Long District Police, awarded the 30-year Party Badge to a senior Party member.

At the meeting, the Standing Committee of Cang Long District Party Committee awarded Party Badges to 62 senior Party members. Of which, the 70-year Party Badge was awarded to 01 Party member, the 65-year Party Badge was awarded to 01 Party member, the 55-year Party Badge was awarded to 05 Party members, the 50-year Party Badge was awarded to 06 Party members, the 45-year Party Badge was awarded to 08 Party members, the 40-year Party Badge was awarded to 06 Party members, and the 30-year Party Badge was awarded to 35 Party members.

Lieutenant Colonel Huynh Quoc Toan, Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Commander of the Military Command of Cang Long District, awarded 30 years of Party membership to senior Party members.
