Partnering with Tay Ninh in its comprehensive development vision.

After the merger, the new Tay Ninh province possesses many outstanding advantages; a list of key industrial zones and economic zones with abundant clean land, complete infrastructure, and competitive preferential policies; a cooperation orientation to improve the quality of human resources in line with the needs of businesses, especially in the fields of logistics, renewable energy, high-tech agriculture, green production development models, smart cities, and integrated supply chains.

Tay Ninh province has focused on organizing numerous activities to promote labor, investment, and trade, affirming its commitment to supporting investors, expanding its network of partners, and establishing substantive connections with localities, corporations, and businesses/organizations representing businesses in other countries. This is with the expectation of continuing to build a solid foundation and attract strategic investment capital from other countries in the new development phase.

Long An International Port focuses on building a people-centric work environment for development.

Based on that foundation, Dong Tam Group - Long An International Port is partnering with the locality to implement a long-term, sustainable human resource development strategy, focusing on training, improving professional skills, and specialization in specific fields; creating opportunities for research, learning experiences, employment, and personal development for the local workforce, contributing to raising awareness, income, and quality of life; promoting innovation, digital transformation, and sustainable development; creating new development spaces and stable jobs; and motivating human resources to be ready to adapt to the trends of globalization and automation in various industries/sectors.
