Six hundred tourists from China arrived at Ha Long International Passenger Port ( Quang Ninh ) on February 13 (the 4th day of Tet) on the Zhao Shang Yi Dun cruise ship.
After docking at the port, the group of tourists visited Ha Long Bay, experienced culture, cuisine , visited Quang Ninh Museum and some famous destinations of Ha Long city. According to the schedule, the Zhao Shang Yi Dun ship will leave Ha Long at 5:00 p.m. the same day to travel to other famous tourist destinations in Vietnam.

Zhao Shang Yi Dun is a luxury cruise ship likened to a floating hotel on the ocean in China, starting to operate the Shenzhen - Ha Long route from November 2023, with an average frequency of 4 times/month.
According to the registration schedule, this Chinese ship will continue to bring tourists to Ha Long on February 20 and 27. By the end of February 2024, this ship will bring more than 12,000 tourists to Quang Ninh.
It is forecasted that in 2024, the number of sea tourists to Ha Long will recover to a higher level than in 2023, with nearly 60 cruise ships registered to dock at Ha Long International Passenger Port.
A representative of Ha Long International Passenger Port shared that the unit is always ready with the best infrastructure and the highest quality services to welcome international tourists back to Vietnam.
These are positive signs showing the recovery of high-quality tourists traveling by sea. From now until April every year is the time when many cruise ships carry tourists to Vietnam in general and Quang Ninh in particular.
Also according to information from Ha Long International Passenger Port, in just 3 days of Lunar New Year (from February 10-12), the unit completed procedures for 336 ships, carrying nearly 11,000 visitors to visit Ha Long Bay (an increase of nearly 2.5 times compared to the same period in 2023).
