The information in the hospital admission form is all fake.

Accordingly, a young man went directly to the hospital's Social Work Department to present the admission paper of a patient named Ngo Van Hai (45 years old, address in Ca Mau ) with a diagnosis of traumatic brain injury and multiple injuries. The paper also had the seal and signature of the Head of the Orthopedic Department. However, this information was not accurate.

"We realized that it was a fake paper because the hospital did not have this admission paper. The information on the paper was clearly fake, from the information of the managing unit to the information of the health insurance. In particular, the signature box of the "hospital director" was signed by a department head. Even though we knew it was fake, we still checked but there was no such patient" - Mr. Hien said.

According to Mr. Hien, after showing the fake admission paper and asking for information, the man left quickly, so the purpose of using the fake admission paper is still unknown. "The unit has notified all employees, if they see a similar case, they must report it immediately" - Mr. Hien noted.

A few days ago, Cho Ray Hospital also warned about the hospital's fanpage being impersonated to carry out unsafe cosmetic surgery. Not only that, before that, Cho Ray Hospital continuously encountered fake schools to deceive patients and their families. Most recently, a series of parents with school-age children were suddenly called claiming to be medical staff from Cho Ray Hospital or teachers from the school where the students were studying, reporting that their children were being hospitalized urgently and needed money for treatment. The consequences caused many parents to lose money.
