Ho Chi Minh City Inspectorate has just announced the inspection conclusion on the grading of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam.

Accordingly, the exam marking organization is the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City. The location for marking, marking essay and multiple choice tests is at Nguyen Thi Minh Khai High School (No. 275 Dien Bien Phu, Xuan Hoa Ward).

The exam marking area is guarded by police 24 hours a day.

During the inspection, there were no cases of the Board of Directors, exam scorers and members working at the Exam Scoreboards, Secretariat, police force, inspectors... carrying information transmission and reception equipment, copying documents, private papers, erasers, pencils and other types of pens not specified by the Exam Scoreboard when entering and exiting the exam scoring area according to regulations.

Each marking team is provided with a box to store phones and personal belongings away from the marking room. During the time the marking staff and the marking team secretary are on duty, the box is carefully locked and sealed. The key to the box is kept by the Secretariat, ensuring compliance with regulations.

There were 3 candidates who violated the exam regulations, including 2 candidates who violated the rules when taking the Literature exam, 1 candidate who violated the rules when taking the Chemistry exam. All 3 cases were suspended from the exam according to the regulations. The exam council updated the form of handling violations into the Exam Management System before exporting data to support the exam marking process. The Exam Marking Support Software automatically deducted exam scores for candidates who violated discipline according to the regulations.

The Ho Chi Minh City Inspectorate concluded that the Department of Education and Training had advised the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee and directly issued documents directing, guiding, and coordinating the organization of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam in accordance with regulations; fully prepared personnel to establish the Examination Council's Committees. Ensured close and responsible coordination between departments, branches, units, and related components. The Examination Council had deployed the preparation work for marking the exam and organized the marking on schedule.

Also according to the conclusion of the Ho Chi Minh City Inspectorate, the facilities serving the exam marking work were well implemented, helping members of the Secretariat, Essay Exam Marking Board, Essay Exam Marking Board, Multiple Choice Exam Marking Board, and exam marking officers to complete their tasks well.

Members of the Secretariat, Essay Exam Marking Board, Essay Exam Marking Board, Multiple-choice Exam Marking Board, and exam markers strictly implement the Exam Regulations. There are no cases of violation of the Exam Regulations.
