Accordingly, Nvidia's Senior Technical Product Manager Lars Weinand admitted in an interview with The Verge that: The RTX 5070 cannot 'beat' the RTX 4090 in all cases. The real power of the RTX 5070 is only 'unleashed' when combined with neural rendering technology and DLSS 4, which allows for the creation of 3 additional frames for every frame rendered. In other words, the impressive performance of the RTX 5070 comes partly from the 'virtual' frames generated by AI.
