Celebrating 50 years of National Reunification, Vietcombank refunds 50% of Metro tickets up to 450,000 VND

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South, Vietcombank and Visa are launching the promotion "LIGHT TOUCH - QUICK SURF" to experience modern and economical Metro.

Accordingly, from April 29, 2025 to July 28, 2025, customers who are Vietcombank Visa international credit and debit cardholders when making payment transactions for train tickets on Metro Line 1 Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien will be refunded 50% of the transaction value. The total maximum refund value is up to VND 450,000 for each customer during the program period (03 months).

The program applies to all forms of Metro ticket payment using Vietcombank Visa card, including:

Tap to Ride contactless card directly at the fare gate.

Payment on Metro HCMC app (Not applicable to MoMo and ShopeePay wallets).

Payment via POS machines located at ticket counters.
