On the evening of June 27, Binh Thanh District Police are coordinating with Ho Chi Minh City Police Department to investigate a fire at a house that killed two people.
Earlier, at 6 p.m. the same day, people discovered smoke and fire rising from a house in an alley on Nguyen Cuu Van Street, Ward 17, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
At this time, people used water and fire extinguishers to put out the fire. Because the house contained many flammable objects, the fire burned fiercely. Many neighboring families feared the fire would spread so they tried to move to a safe area.
Upon receiving the news, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team of Binh Thanh District Police arrived at the scene to put out the fire. After a few minutes, the fire was completely extinguished by the authorities.
The fire killed two people, Mrs. NTV (born in 1932) and Mr. NPM (born in 1968). The burnt house was a level 4 house with an area of over 90 square meters .
