House fire due to electrical short circuit in Chung Trai 1 village, Xin Man commune

At about 12:30 p.m. on October 15, in Chung Trai 1 village, Xin Man commune, a fire broke out, completely burning down the level 4 house of Mr. Sung Diu To.

According to initial statistics, the fire damaged 2 tons of rice, 0.6 tons of corn and many household items. The total damage is estimated at over 200 million VND. Mr. Sung Diu To's family is poor, with 7 members, fortunately the fire did not cause any human loss.

The initial cause was determined to be an electrical short circuit. Immediately after the incident, local forces, local authorities and villagers quickly arrived to help put out the fire and help Mr. To’s family overcome the consequences and stabilize their temporary accommodation.
