Initial information, at around 0:00 on the same day, a fire broke out at a light bulb factory on Binh Long Street, Binh Hung Hoa Ward. The fire quickly spread, black smoke billowed high, causing panic among many people in the area.
Upon receiving the news, the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department, Ho Chi Minh City Police mobilized 15 vehicles and many officers and soldiers to the scene to put out the fire.
The fire was brought under control at around 2:30 a.m. The cause and damage of the fire are under investigation.
