According to talkSPORT , Chelsea offered Jackson to three clubs: Newcastle, Manchester United and AC Milan, but no agreement has been reached. The London team also reduced the initial asking price from 100 million to 80 million pounds to help Jackson find a new destination soon.

Newcastle and MU are prioritizing the deal to sign RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko over Jackson. If the Sesko deal fails, MU are said to turn to Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic before the start of the 2025/26 season.

Jackson's future at Stamford Bridge has been uncertain following the arrivals of Joao Pedro and Liam Delap this summer. Since joining Chelsea from Villarreal in 2023, he has scored 30 goals in 81 appearances and was considered Chelsea's first-choice last season.

However, coach Enzo Maresca's desire to radically reform the attack line has left the 24-year-old striker facing an uncertain future.

On August 4, Chelsea published a list of 31 players in the official squad for the 2025/26 season on their website, including all the new players the club recruited this summer. Jackson is also on the list, but he can still leave if he receives a reasonable offer.

PSG suffered a crushing defeat to Chelsea in the Club World Cup final. Early morning on July 14, PSG lost to Chelsea 0-3 in the match to decide the Club World Cup title.
