Speaking here, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Trung, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, emphasized: The 2025 National Mobile Propaganda Contest is an important event with profound significance in the work of propagating and educating revolutionary traditions, arousing national pride. At the same time, it creates a forum for exchange and learning between mass art troupes and cultural propaganda staff in localities. The performances contribute to enriching the cultural life of the grassroots.
Organizing the performances in the province affirms the role and position of Bac Ninh - a land rich in cultural and revolutionary traditions, where unique intangible cultural values are preserved and promoted, typically Quan Ho folk songs which have been recognized by UNESCO as a representative intangible cultural heritage of humanity. Each performance brought to this competition is not only a work of art but also the heartfelt voice of those working in propaganda.

Here, the audience enjoyed singing, dancing and music performances by artists and actors from 5 mobile propaganda teams from the provinces of Bac Ninh, Dien Bien, Quang Ngai, Thanh Hoa and Tuyen Quang. Each team brought a cultural color, the crystallization of historical traditions and unique regional identities.
The performances praise the glorious Party, the great Uncle Ho, the tradition of patriotism, national pride, the will to be self-reliant, self-reliant, and overcome difficulties and challenges of our army and people to make the victory of the August Revolution in 1945. At the same time, they honor and pay tribute to the great contributions and contributions of the Heroes who participated in the struggle for national liberation and unification as well as in the cause of building, developing and protecting the Fatherland; praise the achievements in economics, culture, society, national defense and security; promote, introduce and develop the unique and typical traditional cultural and artistic values of the locality.
Many performances were elaborately staged, impressing the audience, typically: The song and dance suite "August Flag - August 19 - Declaration of Independence"; "Bac Ninh forever remembers His grace" by the Mobile Propaganda Team of Bac Ninh province; "Aspiration for power" (Dien Bien); "Calling the rock" (Tuyen Quang); "Proud of Thanh land" (Thanh Hoa); traditional musical instrument ensemble "Calling the forest" (Quang Ngai)... The lyrics and music, sometimes bustling, majestic, sometimes passionate, expressed love and pride for the homeland and country, gratitude for the sacrifices of Uncle Ho and the previous generations to bring peace today.

At the same time, mobile propaganda teams from provinces and cities performed for the people at two locations in Bac Ninh: Viet Yen Convention Center (Viet Yen Ward), Tan Yen Convention Center (Tan Yen Commune). According to the plan, on the evening of August 7, the teams performed at Bac Ninh Quan Ho Folk Song Theater (Kinh Bac Ward), Tu Son People's Committee Hall (Tu Son Ward). Before that, on the evening of August 4, the Organizing Committee opened the contest in Tuyen Quang province. The contest will close on August 9 in Hai Phong city.
The National Mobile Propaganda Competition to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 was held in 3 provinces and cities: Tuyen Quang, Bac Ninh, Hai Phong with the participation of 24 mobile propaganda teams from provinces and cities across the country. Each unit built a comprehensive art program with a maximum duration of 35 minutes, minimum of 5 performances. The organizing committee required the programs to have high propaganda and artistic value; priority was given to performances imbued with the local cultural identity. During the competition, the mobile propaganda teams traveled on the streets of 3 provinces and cities.
