In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Provincial Red Cross Society Party Cell has led cadres and party members to successfully complete the set goals, directions and political tasks. The Party Cell focused on leading, directing the implementation and participating in responding to movements and campaigns launched by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society and the province. Notable movements include: Good people, good deeds - Joining hands to build a compassionate community, Charitable Tet, Voluntary blood donation; the campaign "Each organization, each individual is associated with a humanitarian address", the program "Nutrition for poor and disabled children", Humanitarian Month with the theme "Humanitarian journey - Spreading love", the program "Safety for poor and disadvantaged fishermen", the program "Cow bank - Joining hands to build new rural areas"... At the same time, discovering, praising, fostering, and replicating typical, advanced and innovative models of all levels of the Red Cross Society and members in the whole province, contributing to ensuring social security.
Regarding the organization building of the association, in the last term, the average number of members increased by over 10% annually, over 90% of grassroots associations (communes, wards, towns and equivalent) achieved good or better, with no weak associations; 95% of district-level associations achieved good or better. Regarding the association fund building work: the provincial humanitarian fund was established, with a balance of over 4.5 billion VND; the district-level fund source was from 500 million VND; the commune-level fund source was from 15 million VND. The annual social work value averaged over 37/20 billion VND. In the last term, the association at all levels also mobilized voluntary blood donation, reaching 35,000 units of blood; coordinated to organize humanitarian medical examinations, health consultations, and free medicine for 36,000/35,000 people, reaching 103% of the congress resolution target...
In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Provincial Red Cross Society Party Cell will continue to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the cell and Party members; strengthen the work of Party building and rectification in terms of politics, ideology, ethics, organization and cadres. Promote solidarity and unity in the cell, first of all in the cell executive committee; promote democracy, maintain discipline and order; continue to innovate and perfect the organization and apparatus of the Provincial Red Cross Society, ensuring streamlined, effective and efficient operations; constantly foster and improve capacity, political theory, expertise and professional qualifications, promote the sense of responsibility, enhance innovation and application of science and technology; improve the quality and effectiveness of professional work and Party work of each cadre and Party member; build a clean and strong Party cell in all aspects.
At the Congress, representatives of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies announced the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Party Cell, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell of the Red Cross Association of Ha Nam province for the 2025-2030 term; Decision to appoint delegates to attend the Congress of Party Delegates of the provincial Party agencies for the 2025-2030 term.
