During the 3-month period, through direct and online learning, 50 officers, professional soldiers, workers and defense officials, and employees of Branch 716 will be taught basic knowledge and skills of the Jrai language by experienced teachers of the Gia Lai Province ContinuingEducation Center. The total program includes 450 lessons with 12 topics on family, clan; villages and traditional crafts; nature and environment; Vietnam's land and people; national security protection; science and education; labor, production, health, etc. Thereby, helping students listen, read, speak, and write correctly to be able to communicate normally in the Jrai language.

Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Xuan Thang, Party Committee Secretary, Deputy Director of Branch 716, said that Branch 716 is located and performs its tasks in 7 villages and hamlets in 2 communes of Ia Toi and Ia Dal (Ia H'Drai border district) with 52km of border adjacent to Cambodia. There are 34 ethnic groups living together in the area, of which ethnic minorities account for 82%. Therefore, the Jrai language training class is of special importance, contributing to improving the propaganda work, mobilizing people to comply with and implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; consolidating the relationship between the army and the people, strengthening the great national unity bloc, contributing to building a clean and strong Branch Party Committee, building a comprehensively strong Branch that is "exemplary and typical".
