Speaking at the opening of the training course, Colonel Le Van Dung, Deputy Chief of the Central Military Commission Office - Office of the Ministry of National Defense, said: The content of the training course includes 6 topics: Efficiency, effectiveness, and efficiency of public administration management in the current period; General construction and application of the Quality Management System according to National Standard TCVN ISO 9001:2015; Overview of ensuring information security and network security in the Ministry of National Defense; Some basic contents of the "Digital Literacy" Movement for all people and the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in defense and security activities; Professional guidance on handling the entire process of work in the electronic environment and updating and monitoring the tasks on the Document Management and Operation System of the Ministry of National Defense; Professional guidance on reforming administrative procedures and internal administrative procedures in the Ministry of National Defense.

Colonel Le Van Dung emphasized that the contents of the training course are very important and necessary; helping trainees grasp basic knowledge of public administration; administrative reform; administrative procedure control, digital transformation... as a basis for trainees in assigned positions, responsibilities and tasks to do well in advising, synthesizing, organizing and implementing at agencies and units, contributing to the completion of the goals and requirements of administrative reform and digital transformation.
To make the training course most effective, Colonel Le Van Dung requested the Organizing Committee of the training course to coordinate with officers, lecturers, and functional agencies of the Air Defense - Air Force to organize the training course according to the proposed content, program, and time; ensure the best conditions for the training course; organize strict final exams, and objectively evaluate the learning outcomes of learners.

For lecturers, it is necessary to do a good job of preparing lecture content, methods and forms of introduction to best suit the training subjects; in which, focusing on conveying and linking content with practical issues both inside and outside the Army, focusing on exchanging, suggesting, raising issues, working in groups... so that learners can easily access and have the conditions to apply in actual work. Organizing the final exam of the program must be strict, practical, and close to the learners' responsibilities and tasks.

Trainees proactively and actively exchange and discuss with staff and lecturers; raise difficulties and situations arising in work to discuss and exchange with lecturers and colleagues to find appropriate solutions and good experiences to be able to apply at their agencies and units. Conduct inspections seriously and achieve the best results. At the end of the training course, during the implementation of tasks at agencies and units, trainees continue to exchange with each other, with functional agencies and lecturers and reporters to supplement and update knowledge, contributing to improving the quality and efficiency of work.
