With a high sense of responsibility, working urgently and seriously, the 2025 Political Teaching Staff Competition of Warehouse 671 was a great success. 12 contestants performed three parts of the competition: Writing handwritten lesson plans and PowerPoint presentations; knowledge competition and teaching practice.

According to the assessment, the contestants all prepared their lectures carefully, following the layout and process of preparing lectures. The content analyzed and explained the theoretical basis, practice and significance of the problem, especially the new, supplementary, developed and relevant content, application and orientation suitable for the learners. The topics that the contestants focused on closely were: Resolution of the 13th Central Committee, resolution of the Central Military Commission, topics of studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh ... The highlight of this year's contest was that many contestants were creative in their lectures, attracting listeners, and handling pedagogical situations well. The way of conveying information, solving the relationship between the contents, transitioning ideas and connections was relatively skillful and logical.

As a result of the competition, 100% of the political instructors achieved good and excellent scores. Based on the competition results, the Organizing Committee proposed that the Warehouse Commander award certificates to the winners, including: 1 First Prize; 1 Second Prize; 2 Third Prizes and 8 Encouragement Prizes.

In his closing speech, Colonel Tran Van Duy emphasized: The competition for political lecturers is an important and practical activity in the Party and political work activities in 2025 of Warehouse 671. The success of this year's competition is thanks to the attention, leadership, direction and organization of the Party Committee, commanders at all levels and the supporting agencies of the Party Committee and warehouse commander.

Through the results of the competition, the strengths and weaknesses of the political teaching staff were directly assessed, especially in terms of theoretical knowledge, ability to prepare lesson plans; teaching skills, ability to apply theory to practice... On that basis, it helps Party committees and commanders at all levels to strengthen leadership, direction, and organization measures to effectively implement the prescribed regimes and regulations of politicaleducation activities. Continue to build, train, and improve the qualifications and capacity of the political teaching staff; actively contribute to the innovation, improvement of the quality and effectiveness of political education work in particular and Party work and political work in agencies and units in general, meeting the requirements of the tasks of Warehouse 671 in the new situation.
