The report of the commander of Division 315 said that in the first 6 months of 2025, the Party Committee and the commander of Division 315 comprehensively led, directed and completed the tasks, many of which achieved good results. Notably, the quality of training and combat readiness (SSCD) was improved; Party and political activities were deployed synchronously, comprehensively and in-depth. Maintained the effectiveness of political and ideologicaleducation ; proactively grasped, forecasted, managed, oriented, resolved and maintained stability of the ideological situation in the Division. Led, thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented resolutions, directives, regulations and instructions of all levels on Party building work. Directed the completion of Party cell-level congresses, Party unit-level congresses, and grassroots-level congresses for the 2025-2030 term closely and in accordance with principles.

To successfully complete the tasks in the coming time, Major General Tran Hai Tuan requested the Party Committee and the Command of Division 315 to direct agencies and units to focus on reviewing and resolutely completing all tasks in the first 6 months of 2025, identifying the key tasks in the last 6 months of 2025; proactively grasp, forecast, and correctly assess the situation, promptly advise and propose policies and solutions to promptly and effectively handle situations. Regularly review, supplement, improve and organize practice of combat readiness plans, avoid being surprised.

Promote activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, emulation and propaganda activities towards Party congresses at all levels; focus on leading and directing the preparation and successful organization of the Division Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the new Regulations of the Politburo and the Secretariat on Party organization and political agency organization in the Vietnam People's Army; on the functions and tasks of grassroots Party organizations of regional defense commands and border guard commands.
