The exhibition “Nam Dien – Vietnamese Costumes Through Three Centuries” runs until December 22, offering the public an in-depth look at the transformation, sophistication and diversity of Vietnamese costumes over the past three centuries. In addition to the exhibition, the event series also expands with many unique cultural experiences, in collaboration with researchers, Phu Dong Ethnic Music Group, Nang Ceramic and many artists.

Accordingly, from November 22 to 30, visitors can experience and learn about traditional musical instruments; from November 29 to December 15, a program to learn about traditional pottery will take place, providing a space for real interaction. The series of events promises to be an attractive cultural destination, contributing to affirming the enduring vitality of heritage in the heart of modern urban areas.

At the opening ceremony, the public had a chance to interact professionally with Associate Professor, Dr. Le Thi Ngoc Diep, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Council of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Ho Chi Minh City National University) and speaker Ngo Le Duy, co-founder of the cultural project "Hoa Nien - Beautiful Years".

Associate Professor, Dr. Le Thi Ngoc Diep, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Council of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities ( Ho Chi Minh City National University) said: “Each set of traditional costumes not only reflects weaving techniques and aesthetic thinking, but also embodies social conventions, spirit and ethnic identity. Restoring and introducing traditional costumes helps today's young generation understand more deeply the spiritual heritage left by their ancestors.”
