The inspection team acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and achievements of the Party Committee and the Command of Factory Z115. Specifically: The Party Committee of the Factory has promptly disseminated and implemented resolutions, directives, regulations and conclusions of superiors, especially Regulation No. 213-QD/TW on the responsibility of party members who are working regularly to maintain contact with the party organization and the people where they reside. Maintain good political and ideological lifestyle, maintain internal solidarity, solidarity between the army and the people and do a good job of mass mobilization and policies for the Army's rear.

The factory has basically completed the assigned defense and economic production targets. The average income of workers has increased, the lives of cadres and workers have been improved. The factory has well organized the Emulation Movements for Victory and the activities of mass organizations, contributing to creating a uniform competitive atmosphere throughout the unit. The inspection team also pointed out a number of key issues that the factory needs to overcome.

In his concluding remarks, Lieutenant General Dinh Quoc Hung commended the achievements in Party and political work of Factory Z115. At the same time, he requested the Party Committee and command of Factory Z115 to focus on developing a plan to overcome the shortcomings that have been pointed out and organize conferences to disseminate and learn from experience among the leadership and command staff of the affiliated agencies and units. Focus on building exemplary clean and strong Party committees and organizations; improve the quality of monthly Party cell activities and quarterly grassroots activities, ensuring proper procedures and quality.

The factory needs to urgently review and have a plan to rotate and appoint staff according to the General Department's instructions. In addition, focus on successfully completing the goals and targets on defense production and economy in 2025; seriously implement the Digital Transformation Project of the Party Committee of the General Department of Defense Industry in Party and political work.
