To successfully complete all assigned tasks, with increasingly high demands and a large workload, Senior Lieutenant General Huynh Chien Thang requested the Party Committee of the Operations Department to continue to thoroughly grasp resolutions and directives from all levels, and to lead the implementation of strategic operational and military terrain advisory functions in the new situation. First of all, focus on improving the quality and effectiveness of forecasting, strategic advisory and proposal work; urge and strictly maintain the order and regime of combat readiness, grasp the developments of the world, region and domestic situation, promptly report, advise and propose effective handling of situations in accordance with policies, and avoid being passive and surprised.
