The Party Committee of the Provincial Civil and Industrial Construction Project Management Board is a grassroots Party Committee directly under the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee Party Committee; currently, there are 04 affiliated Party cells and 69 Party members. During the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee, Party cells, and staff, Party members, civil servants, public employees, and employees of the Provincial Civil and Industrial Construction Project Management Board have united, overcome difficulties, and successfully completed the agency's political tasks and annual Party building work.

In the period of 2020-2024, the Board always achieved the highest disbursement rate among investors in the province and completed many large and key construction investment projects on schedule, such as Tinh Yeu Bridge; Binh Minh Bridge, Provincial Lung Hospital; Geriatric Hospital, CDC Center; Ben Rung Bridge approach road, Dam Nha Mac Intersection, Ha Long Xanh Intersection, Vietnam-Korea College, etc.

Based on the results achieved, at the Congress, the Party Committee identified a number of key tasks and solutions for the 2025-2030 term, such as: Every year, striving to complete the disbursement of public investment capital at a rate of over 95% of the plan assigned at the beginning of the year; the number of collectives achieving the title of excellent labor collective is from 15-20%; over 90% of party members are assessed as having completed their tasks well or better.
