With the attention, leadership and close direction of the Party Committee and the Military Region Command, the units have maintained good internal solidarity and unity; raised awareness and responsibility of officers and soldiers. The TDKT institution has been constantly improved.

According to the report, the work of the Party Central Committee and the Party Central Committee movement in the first 6 months of the year achieved many positive results. The cluster organized 127 politicaleducation topics with more than 98.5% of the troops participating; 100% of the tests met the requirements, of which more than 85% were good and excellent. The training of new soldiers reached 81.88%, the rate of good and excellent increased by 0.22% compared to the same period.

Units effectively implemented policy work: Built 10 gratitude houses, 67 comrade houses and solidarity houses; presented gifts worth more than 3.5 billion VND to policy families. Internal political management and review of key cadres were seriously implemented...

The emulation cluster has successfully implemented the “three breakthroughs”; continued to improve the organization and staffing in the direction of “refined, compact, strong”. Units completed 100% of training content according to the motto “basic - practical - solid”. The work of building discipline, enforcing discipline, and reforming military administration has been maintained seriously and effectively.

In the first 6 months of the year, the cluster had 413 collectives and 1,673 individuals rewarded according to authority, creating a dynamic and widespread emulation movement.

In his speech, Major General Huynh Van Ngon praised the careful preparation of the Cluster Head's agency and the proactive and effective spirit in organizing the emulation movement of the agencies and units in the cluster.

The Deputy Commissar of Military Region 9 reminded units to focus on overcoming weaknesses and weak points; continue to innovate the content and form of emulation; promptly reward collectives and individuals who have excellently completed their tasks, especially sudden tasks, combat readiness, natural disaster prevention and control, and key tasks such as military parades and marches.
