The 34th Corps is located in the strategic area of ​​the Central Highlands and the Southeast, where ethnic minorities account for a relatively high proportion (over 40%), living mainly in the border, remote and isolated areas, with many economic difficulties, making them targets for reactionary forces and political opportunists to take advantage of for propaganda and incitement.

Therefore, in recent years, the 34th Corps has regularly focused on training and equipping soldiers with the ability to write, read, understand the language and writing and communicate with ethnic minorities; at the same time, they can deeply understand the traditions, customs and practices of ethnic minorities; carry out well the mass mobilization work, constantly consolidate and strengthen close relationships with local people.

Delegates visited and inspected the students' accommodation and meals.

The class plays an important role in propagating and mobilizing ethnic minorities to strictly comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; practice a scientific lifestyle, strive to escape poverty sustainably; maintain political security and social order and safety in the Central Highlands.
