In February 1972, he was mobilized to participate in the Central Highlands campaign and in April 1975, he participated in the Ho Chi Minh campaign. Performing the task of artillery reconnaissance in the battles, Mr. Nam said: That is extremely important because if the calculation is wrong, not only will the whole battle fail, but the artillery shells may fall on our infantry.
