Police officer donates blood to save people

At around 2:30 p.m. on September 15, Leng Cat Vu (born in 2012), residing in Quang Binh commune, Tuyen Quang province, suffered from congenital hemolytic anemia and was being treated at the Department of Hematology - Blood Transfusion, Ha Giang General Hospital, and urgently needed a unit of type O blood. However, because the hospital's blood reserve had run out, the patient fell into critical condition.
