OFFICIAL LAUNCH OF NINH BINH PROVINCE LOGO CREATION CONTEST

Attending and chairing the launching conference were comrade Le Nguyen Ngoc, Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Culture and Sports, Deputy Head of the Contest Organizing Committee; members of the Contest Organizing Committee; leaders of departments and units under the Department of Culture and Sports; a large number of artists inside and outside the province and reporters of Ninh Binh Newspaper and Radio and Television.

The contest is held to select a logo for Ninh Binh province for official use in information and propaganda activities, serving the political , economic, cultural, domestic and foreign affairs tasks of Ninh Binh province according to Plan No. 61/KH-UBND dated September 9, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee.

The Contest is open to all Vietnamese citizens across the country and overseas Vietnamese. Regarding the theme, you can choose one of the following themes: Historical and cultural traditions, natural beauty of Ninh Binh and freedom. The work must demonstrate the unique characteristics of Ninh Binh, associated with the history of formation and development of the province, and be recognized by the general public. The author must be legally responsible for his work and ensure that there are no copyright disputes. If any copyright infringement is discovered after the award has been announced, the Contest Organizing Committee will cancel the classification results and revoke the award for that work, and will not be responsible for any copyright disputes.

The Contest's prize structure includes: 01 First Prize, worth 200 million VND and a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; 4 Consolation Prizes, each worth 10 million VND and a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. The time to receive entries is from October 15 to 20, 2025.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Le Nguyen Ngoc, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Culture and Sports, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of the Contest emphasized: According to the Plan, the Contest is organized with the main contents: Launching and receiving entries; selecting logo designs; announcing results and awarding prizes. The Organizing Committee of the Contest hopes that professional and non-professional artists inside and outside the province will promote and actively respond to participate in the Provincial Contest. Hopefully, through the Contest, it will contribute to preserving and promoting the historical and cultural values of Ninh Binh in the process of national history; arousing pride and love for the homeland, promoting emulation to successfully carry out the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country in the province./.
