Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were leaders of the Provincial Military Command, a number of provincial departments, branches and sectors, along with a large number of people, teachers and students in Muong Leo commune.
The Muong Leo Primary - Secondary Boarding School was built in Lieng village, with a total construction area of over 4.8 hectares, with a capacity of nearly 1,000 students. The project was built by the 789 Corporation, Ministry of National Defense , including many items, such as: Subject classroom block, theory classroom building, principal's house; dormitory area for students and teachers; dining hall, multi-purpose sports hall, swimming pool, garage and some other auxiliary items, meeting the requirements of teaching, learning and physical training of students.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, the leaders of the Provincial Military Command requested all levels, branches, Party committees, local authorities, police, military , and people of Muong Leo commune to create the most favorable conditions for site clearance and handover; do a good job of ensuring security and order, and be ready to support human and material resources so that the project can be completed on schedule. The construction unit, 789 Corporation - Ministry of National Defense, promoted a high sense of responsibility, strictly complied with regulations on capital construction investment; focused human resources, material resources, and construction machinery according to schedule, organized construction scientifically, reasonably, neatly, and cleanly to finish on time to ensure "safety - quality - progress - efficiency - sustainability".
Immediately afterwards, the delegates performed the groundbreaking ceremony for the Muong Leo Commune Primary - Secondary Boarding School.
