Political Commissar of Naval Region 5 visits and wishes Happy New Year to units

On February 10-11, a working delegation from the Naval Region 5 Command led by Rear Admiral Nguyen Huu Thoan, Commander of the Region, visited and wished a happy New Year to officers and soldiers of agencies and units under the Region stationed in Phu Quoc city, Kien Giang province.

At each agency and unit, Rear Admiral Nguyen Huu Thoan kindly asked about the lives, thoughts and aspirations of the soldiers and sent best wishes to officers, soldiers and their relatives and families on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2024.

The Political Commissar of Naval Region 5 noted that agencies and units must strictly maintain order, regime, forces, means, and duty systems at all levels according to regulations; strengthen patrols, observations, and detection, not to miss or miss targets, to be passive and surprised, and to be ready to successfully handle all situations that arise.

Units well organize Tet and spring activities, creating a joyful, warm, and exciting atmosphere to encourage and motivate officers and soldiers to feel secure in their work, perform well their assigned tasks, and contribute to firmly protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.

On this occasion, Rear Admiral Nguyen Huu Thoan and the working delegation presented officers and soldiers of agencies and units with many meaningful gifts.
