Cho Moi strives to complete the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses

In 2025, Cho Moi commune, Thai Nguyen province, has 88 households registered to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses. Of these, the majority are poor households, the rest are households with meritorious services and households under the Program to support poor households of ethnic minorities and mountainous areas.

Taking advantage of the sunny weather, many households are preparing to start building houses.
Many households in Cho Moi commune have started building houses under the Support Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses.

To date, 86 households have started construction, of which 48 have completed and 38 are under construction. The households have been fully funded with 60 million VND for new construction and 30 million VND for repair. There are only 2 households in the commune that have not started construction yet, and the locality is actively mobilizing to ensure the completion progress according to plan.

Notably, after being promoted and mobilized by the government, Cho Moi commune has 30 more households continuing to register to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in 2025. Of these, 3 are poor households, 1 near-poor household and 26 households in other groups with difficult circumstances.
