On the morning of February 1, the provincial working delegation led by Comrade Le Quang Hung, Standing Committee Member, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, offered incense at the Tho Xuan District Martyrs' Cemetery, Yen Truong Revolutionary Historical Relic Site; visited officers and soldiers of Air Force Regiment 923, units at Tho Xuan Airport; and inspected the production situation and people's lives in Tho Xuan District.

The Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission and the delegation offered flowers and incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed for national independence, for the happiness and peace of the people at the Tho Xuan District Martyrs' Cemetery.
Before the heroic martyrs, the delegation expressed their determination to always unite and strive to overcome difficulties and challenges, leading the Party Committee, government, armed forces and people of all ethnic groups in Thanh Hoa province to successfully carry out all assigned tasks.

The delegation then offered flowers and incense at the Yen Truong Revolutionary Historical Site in Tho Lap Commune. The members of the delegation observed a minute of silence to commemorate the loyal soldiers, the first Communist Party members of Tho Xuan District in particular, and Thanh Hoa Province in general, who made great contributions to the nation's revolutionary cause.

The delegation visited, wished longevity and presented longevity cards from the President to the elderly: Tran Thi Bao (Xuan Tin commune), Nguyen Thi Quang (Tho Xuan town) who turned 100 years old; visited and presented gifts to two war invalids Ha Van Xuyen, Trinh Van Dung (Xuan Tin commune) and chemical victim Nguyen Ngoc Thach (Tho Xuan town).
At the families he visited, the Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission asked about their health and living conditions and encouraged them to continue upholding their good traditions, striving to overcome difficulties and improve their lives; at the same time, he expressed his gratitude for the contributions of policy families to their homeland and country.
