However, through the actual review of the Ia Kly Commune People's Committee, the rubber plantation area of the Company in Lan village has a land area leased by the State on the land use right certificate larger than the actual area. In addition, the district also requested the Company to review and remove the area that had been transferred to local management or implemented other projects.
At the same time, the People's Committee of Chu Prong district also said that: Converting a large area from rubber trees to fruit trees can have a significant impact on the soil and water environment and potentially lead to disputes and lawsuits if not carefully assessed. Therefore, the locality requested Quang Duc Company to strictly review the current land status and assess the environmental impact before implementation.
