This Decision comes into force from June 14, 2025.
Previously, on June 13, the Hanoi People's Council, term XVI, 2021-2026, held a thematic session (23rd session) to review personnel work under its authority.
At the meeting, 100% of the delegates present approved the Resolution to elect Mr. Truong Viet Dung, member of the City Party Committee, Chief of Office of the Hanoi People's Committee; delegate of the Hanoi People's Council, term XVI, 2021-2026, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, term 2021-2026.
New Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Truong Viet Dung was born on June 19, 1980. He has a Bachelor's degree in Economics, a Master's degree in Architecture, and a senior degree in political theory.
Before being elected Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee, Mr. Truong Viet Dung was an excellent student who was specially admitted and held many positions in departments, branches and Hanoi People's Council.
Mr. Dung was Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Hanoi People's Council; Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment, Chief of Office of Hanoi People's Committee.
