The Department also mentioned that during the suspension period, if the school overcomes the above shortcomings, it will consider and make a decision to allow the school to operate again. On the contrary, when the suspension period ends and the school fails to overcome the shortcomings, the Department will develop a plan to dissolve the school...
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Ut Em, it took nearly a year to negotiate with many partners with the desire to ensure the harmony of profit factors as well as the quality committed to parents of students. "In the near future, AISVN School will announce a new investor and she will no longer be the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of AISVN", Ms. Nguyen Thi Ut Em said.
Ms. Do Le Thi, a member of the new investor group, said that after taking over AISVN School, the new investor group will continue to fulfill its obligations regarding teaching quality to students and financial obligations to teachers and staff...
“For cadres and teachers who are owed salaries, and for investment contracts of parents whose financial obligations have not been fulfilled, the new investor will work with the parties and come up with a suitable debt repayment plan…”, Ms. Thi said.
According to Ms. Thi, the investor has planned to restructure the school in the near future. Specifically, on July 3, the school will invite teachers and staff to meet with the new investor; on July 4, the school will have a meeting with parents and students to announce new information about the school.
