On March 19, Comrade Luong Cuong, Politburo member and President of the State, offered incense at the Memorial Site of General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh and the Memorial House of Lieutenant General Nguyen Binh in Nguyen Van Linh Commune (Yen My); the Temple of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan - mother of President Ho Chi Minh in Dong Tien Commune (Khoai Chau).
