On the morning of July 11, President To Lam and a high-ranking delegation of the Party and State of Vietnam arrived in Vientiane to begin a State visit to the Lao People's Democratic Republic. President To Lam and Lao General Secretary and President Thongloun Sisoulith chaired talks between the high-ranking delegations of the two countries.
