Speaking at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Khac Than , Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: Key projects play a very important role in promoting the socio -economic development of the province, so it is necessary to focus on directing in accordance with the nature of the projects and key works to quickly and thoroughly remove obstacles, soon complete investment, and put into operation. He requested departments, branches, and localities to resolutely remove obstacles in site clearance work because this is the key point causing bottlenecks hindering the progress of project implementation. Promote the role and responsibility of heads of departments, branches, and localities in directing, removing difficulties, and shortening the implementation time of key projects. Promote and improve the effectiveness of propaganda work, creating consensus among the people. Departments, branches, and localities must coordinate closely, synchronously, and effectively in both directing and supporting, removing difficulties arising during project implementation.
The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee proposed: Immediately after the meeting, departments, branches, localities and units should focus maximum time, expertise and human resources to organize site clearance and compensation, determined to regain the delayed progress and promote the early completion of project investment. Study and flexibly apply legal regulations to remove and effectively resolve investment procedures that are stuck; develop plans and set specific progress for each project as a target; urge communes to concentrate forces and promptly implement steps in project site clearance and compensation; urge construction units to mobilize machinery and human resources to ensure project progress and quality in accordance with regulations.
