Chairman of Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee gives strong direction on streamlining apparatus

(NADS) - Implementing Conclusion No. 127-KL/TW dated February 28, 2025 of the Politburo, Secretariat and Official Dispatch No. 110/BNV-TCPCP dated March 6, 2025 of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh province has just issued Document No. 389/UBND-NCVX, requesting agencies, units and localities in the province to seriously implement the work of streamlining the apparatus.

According to the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, in order to ensure the principles, objectives and progress of effective implementation of Conclusion No. 127-KL/TW, agencies and units in the province need to temporarily suspend the settlement of administrative procedures arising after March 1, 2025 for Associations assigned by the Party and State. This is to wait for specific instructions from competent authorities on the arrangement of the apparatus of the political system.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Home Affairs to preside over and coordinate with departments, branches, sectors and localities to advise the Provincial People's Committee to develop plans and projects to reorganize mass associations according to their authority. This ensures compliance with regulations, contributes to streamlining focal points, and improves the management and operation efficiency of associations in the province. The specific plan will be submitted to the Provincial People's Committee to seek opinions from the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

The Provincial People's Committee requests departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees at district, town and city levels and relevant Associations to strictly implement the directive, comply with the roadmap, and ensure that the apparatus arrangement is effective and suitable to the actual situation of the locality.

This direction demonstrates the determination of the leaders of Quang Binh province in implementing the policy of streamlining the Central apparatus, towards a streamlined administration that operates effectively and efficiently.
