Before the end of the 2024-2025 school year, many schools in Hanoi have announced enrollment for grade 6 next year.

Some private schools in Hanoi have announced enrollment for grade 6 for the 2025-2026 school year even though the first semester of the 2024-2025 school year has not yet ended.

Nguyen Sieu School announced 210 enrollment targets for grade 6 in the 2025-2026 school year for classes including Cambridge International Bilingual and Math and English enhancement classes.

Candidates are students studying in grade 5 at primary schools in the 2024-2025 school year; priority is given to students with a Cambridge KET English certificate of 140 points or higher; priority is given to students with only one wish to enter grade 6 at Nguyen Sieu School.

Admission method: Students will participate in a survey of tests including Cambridge English, assessing comprehensive English and Vietnamese proficiency.

Students take the test on computer, on paper, and in an interview. Nguyen Sieu School's online registration system opens from November 6, with a test to assess academic ability in January 2025.

In October, Hanoi Star Primary and Secondary School opened the registration portal for 6th grade students.

Accordingly, Hanoi Star Primary and Secondary School directly admits students with Gold medals, international cups, first prizes at city and national levels in Math, Science , English, Arts, and Sports (organized by prestigious units); achievements in grades 3, 4, and 5.

Time to receive student applications for direct admission is from October 22 to January 31, 2025. Interview time is from December 2024 to February 2025.

For students applying for admission by taking the aptitude test, the exam date is February 23, 2025. Students currently in grade 5 at the school will receive 1 point/subject when applying.

Archimedes Education System announced enrollment for grade 6 in the 2025-2026 school year with 700 targets, of which Cau Giay campus will enroll 360 students, the rest will be Dong Anh campus.

The admission subjects are students born in 2013, completing their primary school education and training tasks, meeting the requirements of the Archimedes School System's survey programs.

The test includes a conditional test (Math, Vietnamese, English) and an advanced test (Advanced Math and Advanced English).

Newton Secondary and High School announced the organization of a scholarship exam for the 2025-2026 school year for talented students entering grade 6 with scholarships of up to 100% of tuition fees.

Students will take two exams in Math and English, scheduled for December 7.

Parents register before November 25, exam results will be announced before December 21.
