Careful preparation for the exhibition of socio-economic achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day

On the afternoon of June 11, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a meeting of the Organizing Committee of the Exhibition of Socio -Economic Achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) online nationwide. As planned, the Exhibition of Socio-Economic Achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day will be held at the National Exhibition Fair Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi ) from August 28 to September 5, 2025.

The exhibition focuses on introducing and presenting the country's outstanding achievements in 80 years of construction and development; Vietnam's cultural space, the country and people with a four-thousand-year cultural tradition; green industries and Vietnam's green transformation and digital transformation journey; Vietnam's aviation and aerospace industry; Vietnam's security and defense industry; spaces of countries with especially important diplomatic relations with Vietnam and spaces of 12 Vietnamese cultural industries.

After listening to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism report on the exhibition organization plan, relevant departments and levels discussed the advantages and difficulties during the event; proposed solutions to ensure the event takes place with quality and efficiency, in accordance with the spirit of 6 clear: clear people, clear work, clear responsibility, clear authority, clear time, clear results.

At the meeting, representatives of ministries and branches also requested localities to coordinate closely to develop appropriate content and display space, carefully select images, artifacts and typical products, clearly demonstrating the results achieved over the past 80 years.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism - Head of the Organizing Committee requested ministries, branches, agencies, localities, and members of the Steering Committee to promptly deploy preparations for the exhibition according to the direction of the Prime Minister; proactively coordinate closely with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to well perform assigned duties and tasks, ensuring the assigned progress...

Speaking at the assignment, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Tat Thang requested departments, branches, agencies and units to urgently implement the contents, develop plans and strategies to participate in the exhibition.

The exhibition of socio-economic achievements is an activity containing many messages sent to all classes of people in the country, overseas Vietnamese and many international friends and tourists about the great achievements of great historical significance in the construction and development of the country's economy, culture and society over the past 80 years, thereby creating spiritual motivation for generations of Vietnamese people to affirm Vietnam's identity and position in the international arena.
