Gold prices fluctuate strongly, fuel prices continue to increase

Last week (June 9-13), the price of gold bars tended to decrease at the beginning of the week, then increased sharply at the end of the week. Currently, the buying price of SJC gold bars is 117.7 million VND/tael, the selling price is 120.2 million VND/tael, an increase of 2.8 million VND/tael for buying and 3 million VND/tael for selling.

Fuel prices continued to increase last week. Specifically, the price of E5 RON 92 gasoline increased by VND199/liter, to VND19,462/liter; RON 95 gasoline increased by VND269/liter, with a maximum retail price of VND19,967/liter. This is the third consecutive time that gasoline prices have increased. Similarly, the price of diesel increased by VND280/liter, to VND17,700/liter; kerosene increased by VND227/liter, with a maximum retail price of VND17,511/liter; and fuel oil increased by VND283/kg, to VND16,461/kg.

At the first-class markets in the province such as Bien Hoa, Long Khanh, Long Thanh, Phuong Lam (Tan Phu district), the prices of many types of food are quite stable.
