According to teacher Duong Hai Bay Muoi, Principal of Yen Vien High School, in the preparation work, the school pays special attention to supporting candidates to clearly understand the exam regulations and exam locations to avoid confusion and unfortunate mistakes.
The school hopes that before the exam, parents and students can go to the exam locations to avoid getting into the wrong place. During the exam, parents also need to accompany, remind, and take their students to the exam location safely and on time.
Sharing about the preparation work, student Nguyen Trung Hieu, class 12A12, Yen Dung High School No. 2 said that in addition to intensifying exam review and systematizing knowledge, he also received attention and support from the school in all aspects and thoroughly understood the exam regulations. He and his friends were reminded by the homeroom teacher and the school not to use mobile phones or documents in the exam room, to take the exam on time, to read the exam paper carefully to see if it was blurred, torn, smudged or missing page numbers so that they could promptly correct it.
Four key points of the exam
For this year's exam, the Ministry of Education and Training identified four key points that need to be implemented: Promoting the sense of responsibility of each participating entity, especially the team of exam supervisors; inspection and examination work must be thorough and comprehensive at all stages, before, during and after the exam; forecasting and having effective plans to handle any unusual situations that may occur; creating the best conditions for candidates, ensuring that the exam takes place safely, seriously, in accordance with regulations and meets the set requirements.
To organize the exam well in the area, the Department of Education of Bac Kan province has advised and directed the preparation and organization of the exam in a stable manner as in previous years.
Director of the Department of Education and Training of Bac Kan province Nguyen Ngoc Son said that the whole province has set up 15 examination sites, of which 14 are located in districts and cities for candidates taking the exam under the 2018 general education program and 1 examination site in Bac Kan city is reserved for candidates taking the exam under the 2006 general education program.
As planned, on June 19, the Department of Education and Training of Bac Kan province will organize a training conference for officials participating in invigilation work in person and online; at the same time, there will be a plan to select a location to print and copy exam papers to ensure safety, confidentiality and complete isolation of three independent rounds according to regulations.
The personnel participating in the Exam Printing Board are Department officials and high school officials and teachers with high capacity and responsibility. In addition, each exam site, in addition to security forces, also has police forces.
The examination sites located at Bac Kan 1 High School, Bac Kan 2 High School and Bac Kan Provincial High School for Ethnic Minorities have additional military inspectors participating in support.
Meanwhile, according to Bach Dang Khoa, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Bac Giang province, all preparations have been basically completed. For candidates living far away, the Department has directed the examination sites to arrange accommodation at official residences and mobilize nearby residents to create conditions for candidates to stay during the examination days.
Hanoi is a locality with a large number of candidates registering for the exam. According to Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam Vu Thu Ha, the City Steering Committee has clearly assigned people, tasks, and responsibilities in the preparation work.
The City Steering Committee is responsible for directing all activities of preparing and organizing the exam in accordance with regulations; at the same time, directing and inspecting relevant departments, branches, sectors, organizations and educational institutions in the area to coordinate, support, and ensure necessary conditions; reviewing and resolving recommendations of the Chairman of the Examination Council.
Inspecting the reality in some localities, Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son said that the 2025 high school graduation exam is organized with the goal of being both a graduation exam and an assessment of the first cycle of the 2018 general education program with many major adjustments and innovations in teaching and learning implementation, and innovations in programs and textbooks.
In that innovation, there are many innovations in the setting of questions, organization of exams, and subjects of exams, so localities need to pay special attention to implement them best. Localities need to pay attention to the locations for printing and copying exam questions, the work of inspecting and checking exams, security and safety issues, handling unusual factors related to natural disasters, as well as personnel work.
