On the evening of April 28, the Provincial Youth Center organized the final round of the 4th Thai Binh Province Young Art Talent Competition. Attending the event were comrades: Nguyen Van Giang, Standing Committee Member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee; Nguyen Van Huy, Provincial Party Committee Member, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, leaders of provincial departments, agencies, and organizations, along with a large audience to watch and cheer.
The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission awarded first prize to contestant Luu Thuy Duong, Thai Binh College of Culture and Arts.
The 4th Thai Binh Province Young Artist Talent Competition attracted more than 150 entries. Through the rounds, the Organizing Committee selected 13 excellent performances to participate in the final round. With thorough, meticulous investment and careful staging, the contestants and groups of contestants participating in the final night brought the audience a unique musical space in many genres such as singing, Cheo singing, hip hop, and instrumental performance. The contestants have made progress through each round, demonstrating their talent, enthusiasm, and passion for art; the quality of the performances is quite consistent and received positive comments from the judges.
The Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and leaders of the Provincial Farmers' Association and Provincial Youth Union awarded second prizes to the contestants. Candidates received third prize in the 4th Thai Binh Province Young Art Talent Competition.

In the final results, the first prize was awarded to contestant Luu Thuy Duong, Thai Binh College of Culture and Arts. In addition, the Organizing Committee awarded 2 second prizes, 5 third prizes, and 5 potential prizes. Contestants and groups of contestants also received certificates of merit from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee, and the Center for Research, Preservation and Promotion of Vietnamese Folk Music. The Organizing Committee and an artist also presented a gift of encouragement to a determined disabled contestant.

The Thai Binh Province Young Artist Talent Competition is organized by the Provincial Youth Center every two years. The success of the competition is to discover and nurture talents, thereby opening up and giving wings to them to continue to be the core of the cultural and artistic movement and choose a path on the artistic path in the future.
