On the evening of October 26, Hai Ha district held the final round of the 2nd Hai Ha District Voice Contest in 2024. This is also one of the main activities within the framework of the 2024 Flower Tea Festival.
The 2nd Hai Ha Singing Contest was organized to continue to search for and nurture musical talents; especially, to introduce new songs about Hai Ha district, thereby encouraging and motivating musicians to compose new songs about the district. At the same time, to promote the beauty of nature, culture, and people of Hai Ha, as well as the potentials, strengths, and achievements in socio -economic development of the district in the process of innovation, integration, and development.
The 2nd Hai Ha District Singing Contest in 2024 was held through 3 rounds: Preliminary, Semi-final and Final. After the preliminary and final rounds, the Organizing Committee selected 7 excellent candidates to enter the final round.
In particular, at this year's contest, the Organizing Committee has expanded the contestants across the province with the participation of contestants from Quang Yen, Ha Long, Van Don... Thereby, contributing to promoting the development of cultural and artistic movements, constantly improving the spiritual life of people in Hai Ha district in particular and Quang Ninh province in general.
In the final round, 7 contestants took turns singing 1 song about Hai Ha district and 1 song of their choice praising the Party, Uncle Ho and love for the homeland. According to the judges, the contestants all invested in staging their performances to ensure artistic quality, choosing suitable songs to demonstrate their strengths, bringing good impressions to the audience.
In addition, the online music video contest on Hai Ha Television's Facebook page also attracted a large number of people to watch and vote for the contestants.
At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes, and 4 Third Prizes to the contestants. Contestant Vu Thu Hien (Hai Ha) excellently won the First Prize of the contest. Along with that, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to the 3 music videos that received the most votes from the audience; the First Prize went to the MV of contestant Duong Thi Ngoan (Quang Yen).
Also on the evening of October 26, the Organizing Committee of the 2024 Tra Duong Hoa Festival presented awards within the framework of the Beauty Contest in Traditional Costumes of Ethnic Groups of Hai Ha District. Contestant Pham Thuy Quynh (Quang Ha High School) won first prize.
