The third week of the competition, held from 0:00 on October 13th to 24:00 on October 19th, 2025, attracted a positive response from the entire political system, with 63 out of 63 agencies, units, and localities participating, totaling 25,559 participants. Of these, 24,676 were civil servants and public employees, while 883 were citizens. Across the city, 14 out of 63 agencies, units, and localities achieved a 100% participation rate; most of the remaining units achieved over 80% participation. Notably, units with a large number of civil servants and public employees, such as the Department of Education and Training and the Department of Health, continued to maintain a 99% participation rate, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility, concern, and widespread impact of the movement to learn about administrative reform.
The Organizing Committee awarded prizes to outstanding individuals in both categories. In the civil servant category, the first prize went to Ms. Huynh Thi Quy, Thanh Lam Primary School, Thanh Thuy Ward; the second prize went to Ms. Truong Thi Hoai Trang, Khe Tre Secondary School, Khe Tre Commune; and the third prize went to Ms. Phan Thi Thu Huong - Culture and Social Affairs Department, Huong An Ward.

In the citizen category, the first prize went to Ms. Doan Thi Huong Giang from Phong Dien ward; the second prize went to Mr. Hoang Xuan Huy from Phu Xuan ward; and the third prize went to Mr. Ngo Duc Ke from An Cuu ward.
The online competition on understanding administrative reform has become a widespread political activity, contributing to raising awareness and responsibility among officials, civil servants, and workers about the meaning and importance of administrative reform. Through its lively online format, the competition not only creates a ripple effect in the community but also inspires a proactive spirit of learning, understanding, and implementing administrative reform programs and projects of the Central Government and the province/city; contributing to building a sustainably developed, modern Hue city that serves the people even better.
