Previously, the propaganda work on occupational safety at Nui Beo Coal Joint Stock Company was mainly carried out through familiar forms such as hanging banners, billboards, internal radio broadcasts, and propaganda at the beginning of shifts. Although they brought certain effectiveness, these forms gradually revealed their limitations. The content was dry, difficult to remember, and did not really touch the emotions and strongly impact the awareness of workers.
To innovate, the company's Youth Union boldly proposed the initiative of applying artificial intelligence in making occupational safety propaganda videos , turning rigid regulations into vivid, easy-to-understand, easy-to-remember films. Accident simulation situations, warnings of unsafe risks, standard operating procedures... are presented through visual images, combined with sound, narration and vivid effects, helping viewers easily absorb and remember more deeply.

Not just a simple technical initiative, this project also reflects the spirit of initiative, creativity, and daring to think and do of Than Nui Beo's youth in the new era. With the advantage of being quick in approaching technology, the company's Youth Union has proactively researched, tested and perfected the video production process using AI technology, from script writing, editing, dubbing, to publishing through internal platforms.
Nguyen Ngoc Toan, Secretary of the Youth Union of Nui Beo Coal Joint Stock Company, said: At first, everything was confusing to us. After a period of research, approach, and testing, we have successfully produced many video clips to serve the propaganda activities on occupational safety. We have found that, thanks to the application of AI, video production time is significantly shortened, the cost is low, and at the same time, it is easy to update content according to each type of work and each production area. In particular, videos can be shown at many different locations such as shift meeting rooms, canteens, worker gathering areas, or shared via the internal network system, ensuring propaganda anytime, anywhere.

The initiative of the youth of Than Nui Beo not only helps to improve the effectiveness of labor safety propaganda, but also contributes to the formation of a safe, civilized and digital working environment. The videos made by the Youth Union have become visual and vivid tools in thematic activities and competitions to learn about safety rules, and have received positive responses from workers.
Mr. Pham Ba Tuoc, Deputy Director of Nui Beo Coal Joint Stock Company, said: Recently, the propaganda work on occupational safety in the company has been renewed, contributing to raising awareness of compliance with regulations and safety procedures of workers, thereby significantly reducing the risk of occupational accidents. More importantly, the spirit of "Safety first" has permeated every action, every production shift and is gradually becoming a beautiful corporate culture of Nui Beo Coal.
In the context of TKV promoting comprehensive digital transformation, the initiative to apply artificial intelligence by the youth of Nui Beo Coal is considered a step in the right direction. Not only does it bring practical economic benefits, but it also demonstrates new thinking, using technology as a foundation and lever for innovative activities. With available technical infrastructure such as the Led screen system at the units, replicating the AI video propaganda model in the Coal industry units is completely feasible.
The initiative of the Youth Union of Nui Beo Coal Joint Stock Company has opened a new approach in the propaganda of occupational safety; at the same time, it demonstrates the spirit of dynamic, creative youth, always ready to embrace technology to better serve production and people. The initial success has also motivated young people - the future of the Coal industry - to make more efforts to gradually build a modern, smart coal mine model according to TKV's policy.
