The program was broadcast live on the National Television Channel - VTV Can Tho. Venue: Studio S1 - Vietnam Television Center, Southwest Region. The program includes 3 historical moments; joint creation; new era with the participation of historical witnesses, provincial leaders, economic experts, and businessmen.
During 2 hours, historical witnesses will evoke emotional memories of the early days of liberation, visions and perspectives on national harmony and solidarity; scientists, businessmen and local leaders will link together the development process of the Mekong Delta from 1975 through the renovation period to the present; the solidarity in the revolution to streamline the apparatus, opening up development space for new provinces and cities in the Mekong Delta... Besides, there are songs imbued with the spirit of revolution and solidarity.
