More than 600 players participate in Hanoi Radio and Television Pickleball Tournament 2025

The Hanoi Radio and Television Pickleball Tournament 2025 is organized to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025). The tournament is large-scale, promising to attract the attention of experts and sports lovers nationwide. The tournament will take place on June 14 and 15 at the Pickleball Court Complex - Cau Giay District Culture, Information, Sports and Tourism Center. It is expected that about 600 athletes will compete in the following events: men's doubles, women's doubles and mixed doubles, each pair of athletes can participate in a maximum of 2 events. For the professional level, many famous players of the Vietnamese pickleball community will participate. In addition, many artists and pickleball lovers have also registered to participate.

Speaking at the press conference, Deputy General Director of Hanoi Radio and Television Station Nguyen Tien Dung - Head of the Organizing Committee said that the Hanoi Radio and Television Station Pickleball Tournament 2025 not only contributes to promoting the Pickleball practice movement in Hanoi and other provinces and cities across the country, promoting the sports practice movement, improving community health; but also creates a healthy and civilized playground, an opportunity for Pickleball lovers across the country to share their passion, connect, and connect cultures. The tournament also brings together a team of prestigious and professional referees, with diverse competition content.

“With the efforts of Hanoi Radio and Television Station and the tournament organizing committee, we are proud that with the facilities of the stadiums in Cau Giay district, the professional team in managing the tournament along with the modern communication system will bring the most comfort to the athletes. The tournament will be broadcast live on the television channels and digital platforms of Hanoi Radio and Television Station” - Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung emphasized.

The Hanoi Radio Pickleball Tournament 2025 is expected to gather top talented athletes from all over the world, ready to compete at the highest level. Through the tournament, the Organizing Committee also hopes to discover potential athletes who can participate in professional tournaments in the country. The total prize value of the tournament is nearly 500 million VND, including cash, gifts and matches will be broadcast live on the ecosystem: Television, radio and digital platform of Hanoi Radio and Television Station.
