More than 1,200 orphans in Hanoi are sponsored.

Speaking at the program, Chairwoman of the Hanoi Women's Union Le Kim Anh said: Over the past 5 years, the City Women's Union has continued to implement the Campaign "Building a family of 5 no's, 3 clean's", the model "Family of 5 yes's, 3 clean's"; at the same time, since the end of 2021, it has launched the Program "Accompanying children", "Godmother", connecting, spreading love and giving wings to dreams for children in difficult circumstances.

Through propaganda, mobilization and many support solutions, the whole city has more than 91% of families meeting the criteria of "5 no, 3 clean"; "5 yes, 3 clean"; more than 1,200 orphans in difficult circumstances received companionship.

According to Ms. Le Kim Anh, the theme of Vietnamese Family Day in 2025 is "Happy Family - Prosperous Nation", the capital and the country are transforming into a new era of the nation.

Therefore, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Women's Union recommends that all levels of the Union and each family in the capital continue to promote their core role, participate more effectively and responsibly in the Campaign "Building a family of "5 no, 3 clean"; raise awareness and actions of each cadre and member in implementing the 8 criteria associated with the Vietnam Family Development Strategy to 2030; build a safe living environment for women and children.

Earlier that morning, 100 orphaned children who overcame difficulties and studied well in the Godmother program of Hanoi city offered incense and had many meaningful experiences at the special national relic of Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam.

At the program, 100 typical families implementing the Campaign "Building a family of 5 no, 3 clean" were honored, of which 10 typical families received Certificates of Merit from the City People's Committee. The Organizing Committee rewarded 100 orphans who made great efforts to achieve good results in studying, winning prizes in school, cluster, district and city level competitions.
