A decent bus trip to the southernmost point of the country

Ca Mau is not only a land favored by nature, possessing wild and rich beauty with vast cajuput forests, large fishing grounds,... But this place also has many good models of kindness, kind people, spreading the spirit of mutual love in the community.

That is why, this March, "Kindness Trip" - VTV's "Kindness Deeds" program has chosen Ca Mau as its destination, bringing with it many meaningful and anticipated activities.

The first stop is the Zero-dong Store on Tran Hung Dao Street, Ward 5, Ca Mau City; maintained by the Association of the Elderly, the Intergenerational Self-Help Club, in coordination with the ward's departments, branches and organizations. This is a place to gather necessities as well as old clothes, so that people in difficult circumstances and those without conditions can come and receive them completely free of charge. Representative, Ms. Truong Hong Vung, said that the store operates according to the criteria of "those who have extra come to give, those who need come to receive".

Coming to the 0đ Store this time, the Kind Car brought a lot of trees. When local people come to donate, they will receive trees to take home.

Responding to the activity, many people contributed by donating old clothes, rice, instant noodles, etc. to the store. People said that this was a very practical and meaningful activity, and they felt very excited to receive special potted plants from the Kindness Trip.

Not stopping there, Kind Car and representatives of the Zero-Dong Store continued to visit the local SOS Children's Village and presented Ao Dai to two female students with special circumstances.

Giving school supplies to the elderly in their 80s, and visiting the extended family of the mother with the most children in Ca Mau province

The second destination in Ca Mau province is Nguyen Viet Khai commune, Phu Tan district. There is a special class where the students are elderly men and women in their 70s and 80s. The teacher of the class is Ms. Dao Thi Thanh An - President of the Commune Women's Union.

Coming to this class, Kind Car brought many gifts, encouraging the admirable learning spirit of the ladies and aunts. Each gift included: school bags, conical hats with the class logo painted on them, and especially glasses for the elderly, supporting the learning of the elderly.

Also in Nguyen Viet Khai commune, Kind Car also supported the organization of “Happy Festival” for the children of the commune. Notably, there were 36 orphans and children in difficult circumstances, sponsored by Ms. Dao Thi Thanh An.

The festival is an opportunity for children to have fun and exchange gifts such as food, clothes, shoes, school supplies, etc.

In addition, Kind Bus, with the support of THACO - Truong Hai Group Joint Stock Company, awarded 36 scholarships, encouraging children to go to school.

And the final destination in Ca Mau province is Dat Mui Secondary School, Dat Mui Commune, Ngoc Hien District. Here, the companion of the Kind Car Trip - Ms. Nguyen Nam Bao Ngoc was waiting, to create a surprise event for the students in the school.

Nguyen Nam Bao Ngoc is a talented young student who founded “Nguoi Yeu Anh” - a non-profit project that helps students learn English for free. Along with a kind bus, Bao Ngoc created a meeting, had fun, and spread the love of English to Dat Mui Secondary School students.

In addition, the project "My Lover" also awarded a scholarship worth 5 million VND to a child from a difficult family situation in the commune - Thai Nguyen Ngoc Chau, currently studying at Dat Mui Kindergarten.
